研究方向：主要研究消化肿瘤化疗，尤其以晚期恶性肿瘤以化疗为主的综合治疗方法为主。

承担课题项目：

1．“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目“医疗器械前沿创新产品开发”课题“肿瘤靶向治疗的病理诊断及疗效评估免疫分析系统的研制” （编号：2015BAI30H00）总负责人，资助金额：600万元，时间：2015.1----2016.12。

2．国家重点研发计划项目精准医学研究专项：结直肠癌诊治的精准化研究；2016.1- 2019.9；课题经费600万；

3．首都特色临床应用推广重点项目：有效提高北京地区大肠癌整体防治水平的关键技术研究；2016.6- 2019.6；课题经费100万；

4．国家自然科学基金面上项目：缺氧相关长链非编码RNA参与调控肝癌发生发展及化疗耐药的机制研究；2017.1- 2020.12；课题经费58万；

5. 国家自然科学基金面上项目：缺氧诱导因子1α在缺氧诱导的肝癌上皮细胞间质化及索拉非尼耐药中的作用及其机制研究（编号：81372286）；2014.1-2017.12 ；课题经费75万；
