长期从事食品安全研究,主要聚焦食源性致病菌的环境适应、耐受存活与毒力调控机制,围绕阪崎克罗诺杆菌等重要食品相关病原菌,系统开展干燥耐受、包膜稳态、脂质代谢调控及风险防控相关研究。申请人在食品安全领域积累了较为扎实的研究基础,累计发表SCI论文59篇,以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文17篇,其中中科院一区top论文9篇,H-Index 19,i10-index 35,累计被引用1022次,申请国家发明专利8件,已授权3
