张伟,医学博士,教授、主任医师,博士生导师,天津市眼科医院党委副书记、院长,天津市眼科与视觉科学重点实验室主任,天津市青少年近视防控中心主任,南开大学视光科学研究院院长。

现任中华医学会眼科学分会斜视与小儿眼科学组组长、中国眼科医师协会斜视与小儿眼病专委会主委、国家儿童医学中心眼科专科联盟专家委员会组长、全国防盲技术指导组副组长、亚太斜视与小儿眼科学会(APSPOS)理事、国际斜视与小儿眼科理事会(IPOSC)创始成员.

牵头制定国家卫生行业标准/共识5项,开创多项斜视手术新技术,斜视手术总例数2万余例居世界前列。主持国家自然科学基金等各级课题10余项,

       以第一/通讯作者JAMA子刊,IOVS,BJO发表学术论文百余篇。主编国家卫健委规划教材《斜视弱视与双眼视觉2部主编《中华眼科学》(第四版)斜视与小儿眼科分卷主编专著2部获天津市科技进步一等奖、中国妇幼健康科技二等奖。获批国家发明专利等7项。任6本中英文学术期刊编委。
